Delivered From Trouble
Anchor
“The righteous person may have many troubles, but the Lord delivers him from them all;”
— Psalm 34:19 (NIV)
What it means
This psalm does not promise an easy life. It says trouble can be many. 'Righteous' here means someone walking with God, not someone perfect. And still — the Lord delivers. Not always instantly, but truly.
In your life
Your troubles may stack up — health, money, relationships, inner noise. You are not failing because life is hard. God sees each weight. Peace grows when you trust He is working deliverance, even before you see it.
Today's challenge
List Your Troubles
- 1Write down up to three troubles pressing on you today.
- 2Next to each, write: 'Lord, deliver me.' Then breathe slowly for one minute.
Prayer
Lord, my troubles are many. You promise deliverance. Hold me steady while You work what I cannot fix alone.
Reflect
Which trouble do you most need to trust God to deliver you from today?
